Terms of Service this document consists of the Terms ofService Agreement, hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement", andconstitutes a legally binding Agreement between you, ("You") the visitorto our site and or client receiving our services and G-TTECHSUPPORT.

AGREEMENT

The Plan Order will form the part of the “Agreement” if theperson above the age of eighteen (18) Register himself/herself for receiving PC-SUPPORT services for the desired packages and as per the needs of theuser’s computer without anyone’s undue pressure and with the full consent ofthe individual (“You”) as well as The Plan Order will form the part of the“Agreement” only if the same has been acknowledged by "PC-SUPPORT” inwriting or by an e-mail. You must agree to the Terms and Conditions in order tobe eligible to use the PC-SUPPORT Portal (defined below), or obtain Services(defined below).

DEFINITIONS

Certain terms defined in these Terms and Conditions are alsoused in the Privacy Policy and AUP and are incorporated by reference to theseTerms and Conditions.
"YOU" "You" means you individually, anyperson, including any employer that you are acting on behalf of."PC-SUPPORT"

"SERVICES" AND "PC-SUPPORT PORTAL"

All references to "Services" refer to anyPC-SUPPORT service plan that you enter into with PC-SUPPORT through useof the PC-SUPPORT web portal located at www.gtechsuport.net  (the "PC-SUPPORT Portal"). TheseTerms and Conditions govern all plans available through the PC-SUPPORTPortal, and any use of the PC-SUPPORT Portal. In the event of any conflictthese Terms and Conditions control any Plan Order form that you submitrequesting Services ("Plan Order").

"MATERIALS"

"Materials" means any web casts, download areas,white papers, press releases, datasheets, FAQs, product information, quickreference guides, or other works of any kind that are made available todownload from the PC-SUPPORT Portal said materials are the proprietary andcopyrighted work of PC-SUPPORT and/or its suppliers. The definition of"Materials" does not include the design or layout of thewww.gtechsupport.net     Web site or anyother PC-SUPPORT owned, operated, licensed or controlled site.

"SOFTWARE"

"Software" means a computer program of any kind,whether owned by PC-SUPPORT or a third party, whether delivered viadownload, CD, other media, or other delivery method, including client and/ornetwork security software. Elements of the Software are protected undercopyright, trade secret, unfair competition, and other laws.

SUBMISSION OF PLAN ORDERS; SERVICE PLANS

You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through thePC-SUPPORT Portal or by calling PC-SUPPORT. Once PC-SUPPORT acceptsthe Plan Order submitted by you, then you will receive an email fromPC-SUPPORT at the email address that you provide or have provided toPC-SUPPORT as part of the Registration Process for the Services.PC-SUPPORT is not responsible for rendering Services in connection with anyPlan Order that it has not accepted.

PC-SUPPORT will attempt problem diagnosis and a solutionover the telephone, through chat, email or other means as it deems most appropriateunder the circumstances including remote access. You understand that if remoteaccess is used on your computer there will be no residual software from theremote session; however, there may be a text file placed on your computer thatwill explain the work that was done on your computer. If such a text file isplaced on your computer, you have the option to either save the file for futurereference or to delete it from your computer. All undertakings under ServicePlans are subject to PC-SUPPORT’s Limited software  maintenance service, which is set forthbelow. For more information, please refer to online documentation.

FEES:

Services against any Plan Order will be available once youhave made payment for Services according to the requirements of thecorresponding Plan Order. You understand that certain Service Plans may haveonetime fee including, but not limited to “Service Fee” and/or “ActivationFee”. When you purchased the Service, you agreed to specific FEE and plan,which may have included a term of one, two or three years (“Term Plan”).

Payment Method and Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, maestrosolo and certain debit cards, as forms of payment. By submitting an orderthrough PC-SUPPORT portal, you authorize the Company, or its designatedpayment processor, to charge the account you specify for the subscribed amount.When you provide your credit card or debit card number to PC-SUPPORT, youmay authorize us to store your card number and related payment informationwhich will be used only for renewing the subscription packages.

CARD PAYMENT:

You may be asked to provide us with a debit or a credit cardnumber for subscribing the services as PC-SUPPORT also uses a very secureand easy mode of payment in order to activate your Service. You herebyauthorize PC-SUPPORT to charge and/or place a hold on your debit or a creditcard with respect to any unpaid charges for Services or any related equipment.You authorize the issuer of the credit card to pay any amounts described hereinwithout requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that these charges are to beaccepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card to pay any amountsdescribed herein without requiring a signed receipt, and you agree that thesecharges are to be accepted as authorization to the issuer of the credit card topay all such amounts. You authorize PC-SUPPORT and/or any other company whobills products or services, or acts as billing agent for PC-SUPPORT to continueto attempt to charge and/or place holds with respect to all sums describedherein, or any portion thereof, to your credit card until such amounts are paidin full. You agree to provide PC-SUPPORT with updated credit cardinformation upon G-TECH-SUPPORT’s request in case any time the information youpreviously provided is no longer valid. You acknowledge and agree that neitherPC-SUPPORT nor any PC-SUPPORT affiliated company will have any liabilitywhatsoever for any non-sufficient funds or other charges incurred by you as aresult of such attempts to charge, and/or place holds on, your credit card. Ifyou mistakenly provide a debit card number, instead of a credit card number,you authorize all charges described herein to be applied to such debit cardunless and until you provide a credit card number. In the event you areenrolled, or later enroll, in an automatic payment or electronic funds transferplan, you agree that all sums described herein may be charged, atPC-SUPPORT’s option, to the account number provided for such automaticpayment or electronic funds transfer plan. When payment is made by credit cardor debit card, payment will also be subject to the terms and conditionsestablished by the credit or debit card issuer.

PC-SUPPORT‘s services are delivered to the customeron a state of the art integrated delivery platform which allows PC-SUPPORTto support your computer(s) remotely or through chat, mail and phone, by way ofa visit to your house by providing a personalized touch. If for any reason youare not satisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy as follows:-

One Time Service:- 
  • There will be no refund after providing service.
  • 30 percent of the price will be refunded, if service nottaken within “seven” calendar days of purchasing the plan.
  • No refund after “seven” calendar days of purchasing theplan.
  • Applicable for Subscription (Half yearly, annually) basedplans or any other extended subscription plans.
Half Yearly Plan:-
  • If the customer have availed any service then 30 percent ofplan price will be refunded, if claimed within 30 calendar days of subscribingthe plan.
  • If the customer have not availed any service then 50 percentof plan price will be refunded, if claimed within 30 calendar days ofsubscribing the plan.
  • No refund after 30 calendar days of subscribing the plan.
Annually Plan:-
  • If the customer have availed any service then 30 percent ofplan price will be refunded, if claimed within 30 calendar days of subscribingthe plan.
  • If the customer have not availed any service then 50 percentof plan price will be refunded, if claimed within 30 calendar days ofsubscribing the plan.
  • No refund after 30 calendar days of subscribing the plan.
Two Annual Plan:-
  • If the customer have availed any service then 30 percent of plan price will be refunded, if claimed within 30 calendar days of subscribingthe plan.
  • If the customer have not availed any service then 60 percent of plan price will be refunded, if claimed within 30 calendar days of subscribing the plan.
  • No refund after 30 calendar days of subscribing the plan.
Refund clauses
  • Refund policy does not apply for Free Trial Offer.
  • Refund policy will be valid only if PC-SUPPORT failed satisfactorysolutions of issues mentioned in the scope of services.
  • Refund can only be claimed if customer’s issue is notresolved or customer did not get the support in time.

Privacy POLICY

The PC-SUPPORT Privacy Policy which is an integral partof these Terms and Conditions is incorporated here by reference. If you havenot yet reviewed the PC-SUPPORT Privacy Policy, then please do so prior toagreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that beyond the Personal Informationidentified in the Privacy Policy, any information or data disclosed or sent toPC-SUPPORT over the telephone, electronically or otherwise, is notconfidential or proprietary to you.

ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP)

The PC-SUPPORT Acceptable Use Policy is an integral partof these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated here by reference. If youhave not yet reviewed the PC-SUPPORT AUP, then please do so prior toagreeing to these Terms and Conditions. You agree that your use of the PC-SUPPORTPortal, the Services, and/or any Materials will conform to and be governed bythe AUP specifically, as well as these Terms and Conditions and the PrivacyPolicy generally.

GUESTS: LIMITED LICENSE TO USE OF PC-SUPPORT PORTAL

 Services against anyPlan Order will be available once you have made payment for Services accordingto the requirements of the corresponding Plan Order. PC-SUPPORT has noobligation to render Services under any Service Plan if the payments asrequired under any Plan Order have not been so made. As a Guest you may use thePC-SUPPORT Portal and Materials (defined below) specifically designated asavailable to guests on the PC-SUPPORT Portal for the limited purposes of (a)deciding whether to subscribe to the Services provided by PC-SUPPORT, (b)registering with PC-SUPPORT and submitting Plan Orders only. The foregoinglicense grant is a non-exclusive revocable license.

USER RESPONSIBILITY AND NO CLAIMS AGAINST PC-SUPPORTTECHNICIAN

PC-SUPPORT technicians are highly qualified and certifiedtechnician, who has undergone years of practical knowledge and experience. Inconnection with obtaining Services, you agree that you will cooperate with thePC-SUPPORT Technician; we will use commercially reasonable efforts toprovide the support to you. Our experience shows that most issues can becorrected as a result of close cooperation between you and the technician.Please listen carefully to the technician and follow the technician'sinstructions. You must confirm the things asked by the technicians, if actionstaken against the order of the technicians while providing support to thecomputer and anything wrong happens to the computer then PC-SUPPORTtechnicians are not responsible for this kind of faults and you should agreenot to claim from PC-SUPPORT for the damage or any kind of malfunctions infavour of your computer.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTS – GENERALLY

In connection with our Service, we may provide to you, theuse of certain software which is owned by PC-SUPPORT or its third partylicensors, and suppliers. We as well as the third party licensors reserve theright to update or change the Software from time to time and you agree tocooperate in performing such steps as may be necessary to install any updatesor upgrades to the Software. You may use the Software only as part of, or foruse with, the Service in accordance with the Service Plan and for no otherpurpose. The Software may be accompanied by an end user license agreement fromPC-SUPPORT or a third party. Your use of the Software is governed by theterms of that license agreement and by this Agreement, where applicable. Youmay not install or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes an enduser license agreement unless you first agree to the terms and conditions ofthe end user license agreement.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PC-SUPPORT SOFTWARE

With regard to any Software made available to you byPC-SUPPORT through the PC-SUPPORT Portal for which your acceptance of aseparate license agreement is not required ("PC-SUPPORTSoftware"), you are hereby granted a revocable, non-exclusive,non-transferable license by PC-SUPPORT to use the PC-SUPPORT Software(and any corrections, updates and upgrades). In accordance with and as requiredunder the Service Plan you shall not make any copies of the PC-SUPPORTSoftware. You agree that the PC-SUPPORT Software is the confidential andproprietary information of PC-SUPPORT or its third party licensors,providers or suppliers, and which you shall not disclose to others or useexcept as expressly permitted herein.

AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES & MATERIALS UNDER FORCE MAJUERECIRCUMSTANCES

You hereby acknowledge that circumstances outside ofPC-SUPPORT's reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, a large scale outbreakof a new computer virus, strikes, riots, wars, other military action, civildisorder, acts of terrorism, fires, floods, vandalism, sabotage, acts of thirdparties, or the like) may cause significant delays in PC-SUPPORT's abilityto schedule a support session. You hereby release PC-SUPPORT from any andall liability, and agree that PC-SUPPORT shall not be liable to you or anythird party for any direct or indirect damages whatsoever, resulting from suchdelays. PC-SUPPORT or its suppliers may, at any time, without notice orliability, restrict the use of the Service or limit its time of availability inorder to perform maintenance activities and to maintain session control.

EXCLUSIONS FROM "SERVICES"

"Services" shall not include the following:

1. any item or activity not covered by the terms of a PlanOrder;
2. service beyond the duration limitations identified inyour Plan Order;
3. problem diagnosis and support that may not be completedbecause of a problem with your computer or other equipment, or their configuration that is beyond our control;
4. Software, including the operating system and softwareadded to the registered hardware products which are out of scope for theService Plan;
5. Problems that may and do result from:
5.1 Externalcauses such as accident, abuse, misuse, or problems with electrical power;
5.2 Usage that isnot in accordance with product instructions provided by manufacture;
5.3 Failure tofollow the product instructions provided by manufacturer or failure toperform  preventive maintenance;
5.4 Problemscaused by using accessories, parts, or components not compatible with theproduct: or
5.5 Non-Compliancewith the PC-SUPPORT engineer instructions for resolving the query.

NOTICE SPECIFIC TO MATERIALS & SOFTWARE AVAILABLE ON THE PC-SUPPORT PORTAL, OR THROUGH A SERVICE

For your convenience, PC-SUPPORT may make available Materialsor Software (as each term is defined below) for use and/or download, whether asa part of a Service, or in promotion of the Services. Use of any Materials andany Software is governed by the more stringent of (a) the terms of the end userlicense agreement ("EULA"), if any, which accompanies the specificMaterials and Software, or (b) if there is no EULA, these Terms and Conditions.

The Materials and Software are made available for downloadsolely for use by you according to (a) the EULA, and (b) the Plan Order. Anyreproduction or redistribution of the service not in accordance with the EULAis expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminalpenalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible. No logo,graphic, sound or image from any PC-SUPPORT Web site may be copied orretransmitted unless expressly permitted by PC-SUPPORT. WITHOUT LIMITING THEFOREGOING, COPYING OR REPRODUCTION OF THE MATERIALS OR SOFTWARE TO ANY OTHERSERVER OR LOCATION FOR FURTHER REPRODUCTION, REDISTRIBUTION OR ANY OTHERPURPOSE IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED, UNLESS SUCH REPRODUCTION OR EDISTRIBUTION ISEXPRESSLY PERMITTED BY THE EULA ACCOMPANYING SUCH MATERIAL OR SOFTWARE.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENTS (EULA)- GENERAL

In connection with our Service, we may provide to youcertain software which is owned by PC-SUPPORT or its third party licensors,and suppliers. We as well as the third party licensors reserve the right toupdate or change the Software from time to time and you agree to cooperate inperforming such steps as may be necessary to install any updates or upgrades tothe Software. You may use the Software only as part of, or for use with, theService in accordance with the Service Plan and for no other purpose.

The Software may be accompanied by a EULA from PC-SUPPORTor a third party. Your use of the Software is governed by the terms of boththat license agreement and this Agreement, where applicable. You may notinstall or use any Software that is accompanied by or includes a EULA unlessyou first agree to the terms and conditions of the EULA

EULA FOR PC-SUPPORT SOFTWARE

With regard to any Software made available to you byPC-SUPPORT through the PC-SUPPORT Portal for which your acceptance of aseparate license agreement is not required ("PC-SUPPORTSoftware"), you are hereby granted a revocable, non-exclusive,non-transferable license by PC-SUPPORT to use the PC-SUPPORT Software(and any corrections, updates and upgrades). In accordance with and as requiredunder the Service Plan you shall not make any copies of the PC-SUPPORTSoftware. You agree that the PC-SUPPORT Software is the confidential andproprietary information of PC-SUPPORT or its third party licensors, providersor suppliers, and which you shall not disclose to others or use except asexpressly permitted herein. You may not de-compile, reverse engineer,disassemble, attempt to discover any source code or underlying ideas oralgorithms of the PC-SUPPORT Software, or otherwise reduce the PC-SUPPORTSoftware to a human readable form, modify, rent, lease, loan, use fortimesharing or service bureau purposes, reproduce, sublicense or distributecopies of the Software, or otherwise transfer the PC-SUPPORT Software to anythird party. You may not remove or alter any trademark, trade name, copyrightor other proprietary notices, legends, symbols, or labels appearing on or incopies of the Software. You are not granted any title or rights of ownership inthe PC-SUPPORT Software. You acknowledge that this license is not a sale ofintellectual property and that PC-SUPPORT or its third party licensors,providers or suppliers continue to own all right, title and interest, includingbut not limited to all copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, and moralrights, to the PC-SUPPORT Software and related documentation, as well as anycorrections, updates and upgrades. The PC-SUPPORT Software may be used inthe United Statesonly, and any export of the PC-SUPPORT Software is strictly prohibited.

THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE

As part of the Services, PC-SUPPORT may suggest that youacquire, install and use certain third party software ("Third PartySoftware"). Third Party Software is licensed to you by the respectiveowners or licensees of the Third Party Software. You must agree to the termsand conditions set forth by such owners or licensees before installing ThirdParty Software, whether or not PC-SUPPORT directly assists you in theacquisition, installation, and/or use of Third Party Software. PC-SUPPORThas no rights to the Third Party Software and does not license Third PartySoftware to you or make any representation or warranty regarding the ThirdParty Software.

Your license to the PC-SUPPORT Software shall remain infull force and effect unless and until terminated by PC-SUPPORT, its thirdparty licensors, providers or suppliers, or until your Service Plan isterminated as provided by your Plan Order and these Terms and Conditions. Upontermination of your Service Plan for any reason, you must cease all use of thePC-SUPPORT Software and immediately delete the PC-SUPPORT Software fromyour computer.

To the extent that we provide technical assistance andsupport for Third Party Software or equipment, you must ensure that you complywith the terms and conditions under which you licensed such Third PartySoftware or purchased such equipment. We make no warranty that we are anauthorized service provider for Third Party Software or for any equipment; itis your sole responsibility to determine if you require additional rights forus to provide such support and if so, to acquire such rights. You acknowledgethat support of Third Party Software or equipment by an unauthorized serviceprovider may void any warranty made by the supplier of such Third PartySoftware or equipment.

THIRD PARTY AGREEMENTS

As part of the Services, PC-SUPPORT may suggest certainthird party services to you. If you choose to subscribe to or otherwise use anythird party services, your use of any such services is subject to the terms ofservice of such third party service provider. You agree to comply with suchprovider's terms of service and that the third party provider is solelyresponsible for delivery of its service(s) to you and your use of them. Thirdparty services include, but are not limited to technical support, portal,training, music, gaming and storage services that PC-SUPPORT may elect tomake available from time to time. Violation of such third party provider'sterms of service may, in PC-SUPPORT's sole discretion, result in thetermination of your customer account and use of service.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold PC-SUPPORT , itssubsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors,consultants, suppliers, and any third-party Web site providers harmless fromand against all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, losses, expenses,damages, and costs, including actual attorneys' fees, resulting from yourviolation of these terms and Conditions, misuse or abuse of a Service, or yourinfringement, or infringement by any other user of your account, of anyintellectual property or other right of any person or entity. You will cooperateas fully as reasonably required in PC-SUPPORT’s defence of any claim.PC-SUPPORT reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusivedefence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by youand you shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent ofPC-SUPPORT. You agree immediately to notify PC-SUPPORT of anyunauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security known to you.

WARRANTIES & LIABILITIES.

(a)   NO WARRENTY ONTHIRD PARTY SOFTWARE. PC-SUPPORT makes no warranty of any kind as to theperformance or quality of any third party software or gtechsupport 's abilityto restore third party software to good working order. You will solely to thesupplier of third party software to obtain any applicable licenses and for anyclaims relating to the performance of software, and any updates , on theregistered computers.
(b) WARRENTYDISCLAIMER. This service ( Including all information, content , communications, Features, Product, Software, Repositories, Diagnostic reports, Inventorydescription files and configurations) may include inaccuracies , Errors anddefects and is provided as is and as - available without warranty of any kind .All warranties, Including merchant ability, quality , Integration, Accuracy,workman like effort, fitness for a particular purpose, Title and noninfringement are disclaimed. The site is not responsible for unauthorizedaccess to or disruption of your communications, content of transaction enteredinto with the service. The service is not responsible for any harassing,defamatory, illegal or improper conduct or content of third parties in onlinecommunications and public forums. You agree to maintain original media orarchival copies of all software’s and customers data for your registeredcomputer. There are no third party beneficiaries of this agreement.
(c) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. PC-SUPPORT is not liable forany direct damages exceeding the subscription fees actually paid to it by"YOU" during or with respect to the month preceding the event givingrise to your claim . In no events is PC-SUPPORT liable whether in contract ,ort (Including negligence , strict liability or otherwise) , for any indirect,punitive, special, exemplary , incidental, or consequential damages (Includinglost savings, Lost profits, Lost goodwill , Loss of use of your registeredcomputer , lost or corrupted programs or data or business interruption) Even ifnotified in advance of such possibility. This limitation is a materialcondition to this agreement, is commercially reasonable and has been factoredinto the agreement as a whole. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion orlimitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages , So theforegoing limitation may not apply to you. This limitation is independent ofremedy limits.
(d) INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to defend, indemnify and holdharmless the Service and its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees,advisers and consultants, from and against any claims, actions, demands,liability, damages (including legal and professional fees) asserted by anythird party and arising from your use of the Service in violation orcontradiction of this Agreement, including any claim that your RegisteredComputer contains unauthorized software or data, or that your Repair&Maintenance Authorization or Archive &Restore Authorization werewithout legal authority or were legally ineffective to grant the authorizationthat they purport to grant.
(e) LIMITATION OF REMEDIES. You agree that if the Servicebreaches this Agreement, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to terminatethis Agreement and your relationship with the Service and recover yourSubscription Fees, to the extent permitted herein. This applies regardless ofwhether this exclusive remedy fails of its essential purpose.
(f) PROTECTED PARTIES. The warranty disclaimers, Liability,Limits, Indemnities and reservation of rights contained in this agreement protect GTECHSUPPORT, Its officers, Directors, Owners , Agents, Advisers, Employees, Affiliates, Advertisers, Distributors, Resellers, Suppliers, Publishers and Promoters.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement in their solediscretion, at any time with or without cause and regardless of the statedregistration period otherwise applicable. We reserve the right to suspend orterminate operation of this Service, or any feature of this Service, at anytime upon notice. Upon termination, Inventory Description Files may continue tobe used on an anonymous basis for research and continuous improvement purposesas specified herein or may be permanently deleted, as PC-SUPPORT maydetermine. Protections afforded to us and to third parties by this Agreementwill survive termination. If this Agreement is suspended or terminated as aresult of unauthorized use or infringement of rights to Content obtained fromthe System, you agree that upon request, you will destroy all copies of suchContent in your possession or under your control.

SEVERABILITY WAIVER

If any provision of the Terms of Service be held invalid orunenforceable, that portion shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible,and all other provisions contained in the Terms of Service shall remain in fullforce and effect. PC-SUPPORT'  failureto enforce any provision of the Terms of Service shall not be deemed a waiverof such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision.

NO OFFER

The PC-SUPPORT Portal is available internationally andmay contain references to PC-SUPPORT products, services, and programs thatare not available in a viewer's country. These references do not imply thatPC-SUPPORT intends to make such products, services, or programs available insuch country.

CHANGES TO SITE.

We reserve the right to modify, change or discontinue theService or any feature at any time without notice, except we will give advancepublic notice of any upcoming price changes. You agree that the Service is notliable to you or to any third party as a result of any such action. We inviteusers to make suggestions for ways that the Service can be improved. If youmake a suggestion, you authorize us to use the idea and to publish your name inconnection with the submission. We do not pay compensation for usingsubmissions.

MODIFICATION

PC-SUPPORT reserves the right to amend the Terms andCondition, and the PC-SUPPORT Portal at any time by (a) posting a revisedversion of the Terms and Conditions on the PC-SUPPORT Portal, or by (b)sending information regarding any amendment to the Terms of Service to theemail address you provide to PC-SUPPORT in connection with registration. COMMUNICATION SERVICES

Gtech provides wireless communication and technical support to customers via emails,internets etc . The following communication methods are available to obtain assistance from Gtech for a technical issue. • Telephone Support • Web Support – Secure support site to create tickets, check status, and attain resolutions. Web generated tickets are the most effective method of communications, but telephone calls are welcome. • Email Support A highly qualified Technical Support Engineer (“TSE”) takes the initial call and triages to the appropriate resources within Gtech. The TSE’s goal is to resolve the technical issue on the first call. If this result is not possible TSE will work the technical issue by doing research, by working in the test lab or by engaging other resources at Sourcefire. TSE’s responsibility is to maintain close coordination and communication with the Customer during this process. If the appropriate progress is not being made the escalation process outlined below is invoked.If the technical issue is determined to be software or operational, TSE will resolve the technical issue using the tools available including web site download capability, an extensive test lab environment and a high level of technical expertise.
